About Joshua Mun

Aloha! I’m Joshua Mun, your dedicated Realtor with REMAX Hawai‘i.

Born and raised in the lush Manoa Valley, I developed a strong work ethic early on at Mid-Pacific Institute—balancing academics, athletics, and the arts. As a standout placekicker for the Pac-5 football team, I earned All-State and All-ILH honors and went on to play at Occidental College in California, where I also received All-SCIAC recognition. I earned my degree in Fine Arts and Art History with a focus on sculpture and installation, sharpening both my creative thinking and attention to detail—skills I bring into every real estate transaction.

Before launching my career in real estate, I taught English in Beijing, China, and immersed myself in the diverse cultures of Southeast Asia. Living and working abroad taught me how to navigate change, build meaningful relationships across cultures, and remain adaptable—qualities that continue to serve my clients well today. On my free time I'm an avid hiker and bonsai enthusiast.
